Meshi Peer

Meshi Peer has extensive work experience, starting as a Communication System Engineer at Elbit Systems from April 2007 to October 2009. Meshi then joined HPE Software, where they worked as a Software Team Manager and later as a Team Leader from June 2010 to January 2017. After that, from February 2017 to June 2020, Meshi worked at Como as a VP of R&D, leading teams and projects. Meshi then joined Capitolis as the VP of Engineering from July 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Meshi is serving as the Director of Engineering at Next Insurance, starting from July 2021.

Meshi Peer attended Maacabim Reut High School, although the start and end years are not provided. After completing high school, they then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained in the years 2003-2007.
