Rob Abraham has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Rob began their career at Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller in 2010 as an eDiscovery Data Engineer. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Manager at the University of California, Los Angeles.
In 2014, Rob joined Ross Stores, Inc. as a Strategy Analyst, focusing on growth analytics and market strategies. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Strategy + Data Product Lead, where they led the development of data and business intelligence tech products.
Since 2018, Rob has been working at Next Insurance. Initially, they served as a Data Science Manager, leading a team of data scientists focused on defining product strategy through rigorous measurement techniques. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Head of Data, where they oversee multiple teams including product, data science, ML engineering, and analytics engineering. Rob'sresponsibilities at Next Insurance include driving partnerships growth, developing customer-facing software, and leading projects related to NLP automation and data platforms.
Rob Abraham completed the Executive Program in Leadership & Management at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Geography at UCLA, focusing on radar remote sensing and economic development.
