Allison Bassman

Allison Bassman has a diverse work experience in the field of People & Culture. Allison is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Next League since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Penn Interactive as the Senior Director of People & Culture from March 2022 to July 2022, and as the Director of People & Culture from August 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they held roles at Saxbys as the Head of Talent Development from July 2019 to August 2020, and as the Manager of Talent Development from August 2016 to July 2019. Allison also worked at Independence Blue Cross as an Organizational Development Specialist from October 2013 to August 2016, and at KPMG as an Associate in People and Change from September 2012 to October 2013. Allison started their career as an Intern for Human Resources and Strategic Planning at ParenteBeard LLC from June 2011 to November 2011.

Allison Bassman completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Management and Organizational Development at The Wharton School from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended The Springside School from 2004 to 2008 for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Allison has obtained several certifications including Chameleon Leadership Certification from Take Flight Learning in February 2020, Innovating IDEAs Certification in June 2019, Chameleon Selling Certification in October 2017, and Taking Flight with DISC Certification in April 2015.
