Sneha James

Sneha James currently serves as the Head of Data and AI at Next Level Coffee GmbH since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sneha worked as a Digital Transformation Manager for Data & Analytics at Henkel from June 2020 to December 2023. Sneha's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Microsoft from July 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed project prioritization, risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication on various ERP engagements worldwide. Additionally, Sneha held the position of Technical Consultant, leading the enhancement and support of an ERP Retail POS solution deployed globally. Sneha holds a Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Zaragoza Logistics Center, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
