Darrell Gentry has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Darrell began their career in 1996 as Co-Founder and President of The Next Level, St. Louis' first LAN video game center. Darrell then moved on to become a Systems Engineer at SAVVIS Communications, a startup with 25 employees known as Diamond.Net. In 1997, Gentry Co-Founded and served as Senior Network Engineer for Primary Network Communications, a data CLEC that rolled out DSL service in 5 Midwest states prior to being acquired by Mpower Communications in 2000. Gentry then joined Mpower Communications in 2000 as Senior Network Architect, where they were responsible for network analysis, cost optimization and technical guidance for key regulatory initiatives. In 2002, Gentry Co-Founded and served as CEO of NeighborLink, a wireless ISP focused on rural broadband delivery. Darrell sold the company to River City Internet Group in 2004 and then served as VP Technology & Strategy for the company. In 2006, Gentry Founded and served as CTO of GameRail, a company that accelerated real-time traffic over the Internet. In 2008, Gentry joined OnLive as Senior Director, Operations, where they were responsible for all aspects of OnLive's operations. Finally, in 2015, Gentry Founded and served as CEO and CTO of Next Level Networks, Inc.
Darrell Gentry attended Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) from 1987 to 1991. Darrell then went on to Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music from 1991 to 1995.
