Ronica Bowen

Ronica Bowen is a Principal at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC, with extensive experience in managing and directing TPS trained consultants. Prior to this, Ronica served as Director of DBS at Gilbarco Veeder-Root during the Danaher acquisition. Ronica's career also includes roles at Danaher, where Ronica worked in Corporate DBS office for Southeast USA, Asia, and Gilbarco Veeder-root, as well as at Danaher Tool Group as Manager Quality Assurance. Ronica holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
