Michael Smith

Michael Smith currently serves as the COO and Managing Partner at Next Level Solutions since July 2018, overseeing the company's general operations, including sales pipelines, staffing models, and system architecture. Prior to this role, Michael was a Managing Partner for the Duck Creek Practice at NIIT Technologies from December 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included developing and expanding technology services within the insurance sector. Michael's career began at Accenture Duck Creek, where from January 2005 to December 2015, various roles included Presales Configuration Demo and Application Architecture Lead, focusing on client engagement and solution design. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts from Ozarks Technical Community College.
