Elmeri Lautamatti

Elmeri Lautamatti is an accomplished project manager and engineer with a diverse background in logistics and design within the construction and maritime industries. Currently working at Next Plan since June 2021, Elmeri has led consultancy projects involving quotation calculations, LEAN scheduling, and advanced design techniques, as well as utilizing Excel VBA and Microsoft Power BI for process optimization and reporting. Previous roles include managing logistics operations at the New Nokia Oulu Campus and serving as site manager for the Lido Marketplace on Carnival Celebration, focusing on interior outfitting. Elmeri holds multiple degrees from the University of Oulu, including a Master's in International Business Management and Industrial Engineering and Management, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Turku International School.
