Kalindi De Silva is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Test Analyst at Next since February 2023, Kalindi has previously held senior roles at Openprovider, Enactor Limited, OrangeHRM, Mitra Innovation, Virtusa, and Martin Dawes Systems, with responsibilities encompassing test estimation, requirement analysis, test case design, execution, and defect tracking. A graduate of the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Kalindi has demonstrated expertise in managing QA processes, leading offshore teams, and providing continuous feedback to development teams across various projects and technologies.
