Liam Morris

Liam Morris is an experienced IT Operations Manager with a strong background in managing complex software systems and leading technical teams. Currently serving as a Senior IT Operations Manager at Next since July 2019, Liam oversees a bespoke software suite of 30 applications within a hybrid cloud and on-premise platform, managing a team of 35 professionals across various technical domains. Previously, as IT Service Centre Manager at DHL Parcel from June 2017 to June 2019, Liam handled a bespoke software suite of 10 applications and led a team of 16. Earlier, at TNT from May 2012 to June 2017, Liam held multiple roles, including Global IT Service Support Manager, where oversight included 40+ staff managing a 24/7 global operation. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Information, Communications and Technology from Birmingham City University and has a solid educational foundation including A Levels and GCSEs.
