Ryan McDermott

Ryan McDermott has a diverse professional background in management and quality control, currently serving as Assistant Site Manager and Quality Control Manager at NEXT PLC since April 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Team Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. from September 2016 to March 2018. Ryan's earlier experience includes four years as a Senior Airman in the Royal Air Force (RAF), where involvement in extensive logistical operations, including two tours in Afghanistan, contributed to leadership development and expertise in the field. Ryan is a graduate of St Wilfrid’s High School & Sixth Form College, completing studies in July 2011.
