Sergio Rosas has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Sergio is the CEO & Founder of Next Shift Learning, where they connect job seekers to the tech industry through upskilling and knowledge-building experiences. In their role at People Rocket, Sergio served as a Senior Designer and Consultant, focusing on learning experience design and solving complex business problems for Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. As a Lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, they built a learning experience centered around design thinking and innovation. Sergio Rosas has a diverse education history. Sergio attended Stanford University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. In 2008, they also participated in the U.C. Berkeley Public Policy and International Affairs Junior Summer Institute Fellowship program at the University of California, Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy.

In 2011, Sergio attended the Yale School of Management, where they completed the Yale SOM Global Pre-MBA Leadership Program.

Most recently, Sergio enrolled in the Stanford University Graduate School of Education in 2017 and completed their studies in 2018. Sergio pursued a degree in Learning Sciences, specializing in Learning, Design, and Technology.
