Jennifer Vessels has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Jennifer is currently the CEO of Jennifer Vessels Speaking, where they provide inspiring keynotes on future technology, AI, business transformation, and leadership. In 2021, they became a partner in The Future Work Forum, leveraging their expertise in leadership, innovation, and technology to inspire executives and entrepreneurs.

Since 2017, Jennifer has been serving as the Future Ready Innovator of the Executive Growth Alliance, connecting global leaders and driving collaboration to navigate rapid change and corporate disruption. From 2001 to the present, they have been the CEO of Next Step, leading growth and transformation initiatives for global corporations and delivering measurable results in revenue, profitability, and market value.

Jennifer has also contributed to the community by serving as a speaker and member of Vistage Worldwide, where they facilitated learning on critical topics, and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Silicon Vikings, strengthening connections and driving growth in the tech industry. Additionally, they have shared their knowledge and insights as a guest lecturer at Notre Dame de Namur University.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held key positions at TANDBERG and Tandem Computers, where they played significant roles in international business development, global expansion, and sales operations.

Jennifer Vessels has a diverse education history. In 1983, they obtained a BSBA degree in Business Finance from the University of Louisville. Jennifer then went on to earn an MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Jose State University in 1989. In 1998, Jennifer pursued further education and completed a MsC CourseWork in Organizational Behaviour from the University of London.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications. In 2001, they became a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants. Jennifer further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining an additional CMC certification in 2006 from the Institute of Management Consultants USA. In 2017, Jennifer completed the Insead In-Board Preparation program from INSEAD Executive Education. Lastly, in 2020, they acquired the Vistage Speaker certification from Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Most recently, in 2018, Jennifer completed the Board Certification Program from INSEAD.
