Katie Johnson

Katie Johnson is a Director based in Next Street’s Chicago office, where she brings her passion for multisector social impact to lead teams to provide strategic, financial, and operational strategies to client partners.

Katie brings over a decade of experience in strategy, marketing, and social impact to her work at Next Street. Prior to joining Next Street, Katie served as Director of Strategic Planning and Ready at Curriculum Associates, a mission-driven education company serving over 15% of K-8 students in the US. At Curriculum Associates, she helped launch the strategy team and oversaw key go-to-market strategies. Katie has also served in roles as a consultant and case team leader for Bain & Company and in programmatic, special projects, and development roles for Jumpstart for Young Children.

Katie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
