Ricardo Devallon

Ricardo is the Director of the NYC Business Solutions Lower Manhattan Center. As Center Director, Ricardo leads a team of talented Account Managers to connect NYC-based businesses to a suite of services including business education, legal services, funding, and more. While at Next Street, Ricardo has supported and lead multiple initiatives including partnering with CDFIs to supply capital to NYC based small businesses, working directly with entrepreneurs to assist in capacity building, and working with local stakeholders to provide impact driven solutions to entrepreneurs, particularly those in under-served communities throughout NYC.

For more than a decade, Ricardo has assisted business owners seeking to uncover solutions to common obstacles that entrepreneurs face every day. Ricardo started his career as a banker at JPMorgan Chase, where he assisted clients with personal and business finance, retirement planning, and relationship management. He rose through the ranks to become a Small Business Advisor and Assistant Vice President at Chase Bank and worked with entrepreneurs to meet funding, banking, and general business needs. Ricardo earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business Administration from Brooklyn College.
