Daniel Van den Broeck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniel began their career at the ONDRAF/NIRAS Belgian Agency for Radioactive Waste and Enriched Fissile Materials as a Transformation Manager. Daniel then moved on to the role of Benelux Retail POS Project Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. During their time there, they successfully managed the migration of the company's own stores to a new Xstore POS system.

Following their work at Estée Lauder, Daniel joined Red Monkey Company as a Red Monkey Incubator. In this role, they collaborated with the founder, Jef Staes, to launch the Engine of Innovation mindset and methodology in organizations looking to drive culture innovation and become 3D organizations.

Daniel later served as a Business Mentor at Ambits before transitioning to the role of Digital Transformation Manager at Vision Healthcare NV, where they advised the board on achieving digital goals in a M&A context. Daniel also worked as a Digital Transformation Advisor at Mylène, supporting their digital transformation efforts.

In 2021, Daniel joined Essentiel Antwerp as a Digital Transformation Manager, where they played a key role in defining and designing an ambitious digital future plan for the unique fashion brand. Daniel also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at HumanITi.

In 2022, Daniel joined VITO as a Program Manager, where they led the establishment of a modern digital platform to support the organization's transition to a data-driven research organization.

In 2023, Daniel is set to become the Managing Partner - CCO at Next365 Group.

Throughout their career, Daniel has consistently demonstrated their expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving organizational growth and innovation.

Daniel Van den Broeck obtained a Master's Degree in Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology from KU Leuven Faculty of Engineering Technology - De Nayer Campus, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. In 2020, they also earned a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
