Roby Glodan has extensive experience in project implementation and training, currently serving in a project implementation role at Nextage since December 2016, focusing on the Nextage Online solution for document management. Prior to this position, Roby worked as a training instructor at John Bryce and held various roles at Israel Roads, including training and development manager and shift manager, where responsibilities included training new employees and managing traffic information. Roby also has customer service experience from a role at Bezeq. Academically, Roby holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Consulting from Peres Academic Center and dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of Haifa.
