Caroline Alves Machado is a Growth Product Designer at Nextar since September 2024 and has been the founder of Mentori Digital since March 2017, specializing in design services, technology, and communication. Previously, Caroline has held various roles, including UX/UI Designer at Nextar, Product Designer at DevMaker, Developer & UI Designer at T-Systems do Brasil, and User Interface Designer at History Makers Ltda. Caroline has extensive experience in leading design projects, conducting user research, creating interactive prototypes, and collaborating with teams to improve customer experiences. Educational credentials include a BA in Graphic Design from UNICURITIBA, a degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and a Technical High School diploma in Information Technology from Instituto Federal do Paraná.
