Ritu Josan

Ritu Josan is the current Head of Marketing at NextBillion.ai. Ritu has held this position for 1 year and 5 months. Ritu is also a Co-Founder of Nittio Learn, a learning automation software used by businesses to train employees on company specific knowledge - anywhere, anytime, any device. Ritu's role and responsibility at Nittio Learn included being involved in all major aspects of the business- from product definition to go to market strategies and customer acquisition. Ritu also led sales partnerships in Australia and Israel, managed inside sales and marketing team, and was responsible for defining marketing strategies for branding and lead generation. Prior to their role at Nittio Learn, Ritu was with Regalix for 7 years and 3 months, where they held the positions of Director Marketing, Associate Director Client Services, and Business Manager.

Ritu Josan attended the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
