Philip Lesnik

Philip Lesnik currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Analytics at NextCare Urgent Care since December 2021. Previously, Philip held positions at Signet Jewelers as Manager of Market Analytics for a brief period in late 2021, and at Ulta Beauty, where Philip progressed from Market Analyst to Manager of Market Analytics over nearly a decade. Philip's experience includes leading teams in retail sales and cannibalization forecasts, conducting spatial analysis, and presenting findings to senior executives. Prior roles involved maintaining GIS databases and supporting market research in various capacities, beginning with internships at the City of West Chicago and the City of Lockport. Philip holds a BS in Geography with Geographic Information Systems certification from Northern Illinois University.
