Paola Carraha

Paola Carraha has extensive experience in the culinary field, holding various roles from cook to delivery driver. Since April 2017, Paola has worked as a delivery driver for Instacart and as a cook for NextCrew, while also gaining experience in several culinary positions, including line cook at Porsche Design and Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. Previous roles include cooking at Miami Rescue Mission/Broward Outreach Centers and Metz Culinary Management, alongside earlier positions as a breakfast cook at Arbor Terrace and a pantry cook at McCormick & Schmick's. Paola began a career in customer service as a cashier at Stop & Shop from 2004 to 2007. Education includes a certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Community Kitchen of Rhode Island and attendance at New American School from 1992 to 1994.
