Glenn Flower has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles within the telecommunications industry. Glenn is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at NEXTDC. Before that, they worked as an Independent Entrepreneur and Director Advisory Services at Greenhouse Productions Co. In their previous positions, Glenn held leadership positions such as Chief Marketing & Product Officer at Webcentral | 5GN | Melbourne IT, and Head of Marketing, Brand and Communications at Telstra Wholesale. Glenn also served as the Head of Marketing at Nextgen Group and as the Marketing & Product Strategy Manager at FastTrack Software. Glenn has been with Telstra since 1999, serving in various roles including General Manager, Cloud Product Marketing, and Product Marketing Manager Voice and UC Applications. Throughout their career, Glenn has demonstrated a strong focus on developing marketing strategies, driving growth, and delivering successful outcomes for both customers and shareholders.
Glenn Flower obtained a Master's Degree in Business Marketing from Victoria University, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sports and Exercise at the same institution. In 1988 and 1989, Glenn enrolled in the University of Melbourne and earned a Graduate Diploma in Education. In 2018, they participated in a Disruptive Innovation program at Harvard Business School Online. Most recently, in 2021, they attended the Brand Strategy Program led by Professor Scott Galloway at Section 4 of NYU.
