Stacy Beving serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Procurement and Contracts at NextDecade since April 2023 and is also the Owner and Legal Counsel at Commercial Contracts Support LLC since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Global Procurement Senior Legal Counsel at Nouryon, where responsibilities encompassed supply contracts across multiple regions, and as a Contracts Attorney at Schlumberger, focusing on Master Service Agreements in various industries. Additional experience includes temporary contracts negotiation at Castleton Commodities International, Senior Contracts Consultant at Statoil, and Legal Counsel/Contracts Manager at Subsea 7. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Bachelor's of Science from North Dakota State University, and a current pursuit of a Corporate Sustainability Certification in Environmental, Social, and Governance at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
