Matthew Ng

Matthew Ng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Nextdoor since November 2021. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Head of Technology at Shadow for four years from October 2017 to September 2021. Matthew also worked as a Senior Engineer at Wildcard from March 2014 to 2016. Matthew began their career at Laveem in 2012, where they held the role of "Doer of whatever was needed." Matthew was responsible for various tasks and contributed to improving everyday life through Laveem's products. Before that, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Analyst at BlackRock. Matthew gained valuable experience in leadership and development as the Lead Developer at the MIT Teacher Education Program from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant at MIT from September 2008 to May 2009, demonstrating their ability to support and educate others.

Matthew Ng completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Matthew then pursued a Masters degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2008 to 2009.
