Mike Briseno

Mike Briseno has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike is currently working as a Software Engineer at Nextdoor since May 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand from March 2014 to November 2021, where they played a key role in developing and architecting a mobile app for employee learning and development. Prior to that, Mike was a Founding Engineer at Top Prospect from February 2010 to October 2013, contributing to the development of a social recruiting site. In 2009, Mike co-founded incMagic, a company focused on enhancing QuickBooks with various plugins and applications. Mike also worked as a Lead Architect/Developer at SFW, LLC from January 2004 to October 2009, where they re-architected an aging platform to improve flexibility, deployment speed, and bug resolution. Other notable roles include being a Co-founder of Mobspin, a web application for sharing advice and reviews, and a Founding Engineer at Radik Software, Inc., where they developed software for managing and distributing J2EE applications. Mike's early experience includes serving as the Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder of Imagine Radio, the first online customizable radio station, from September 1997 to September 1999.
