Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Saurabh is currently employed at Nextdoor as a Software Engineer, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at Groupon as a Senior Software Engineer from 2020 to 2022. At Groupon, they served as a technical lead for the DE Chicago team, handling technical challenges, conducting code reviews and mentoring team members. Saurabh also led the design and development of a load framework called "Pinion" that facilitated the migration of pipelines to the cloud.

Prior to Groupon, Saurabh worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2020. At Accolite, they held the position of Associate Technical Delivery Manager from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they worked at e-Data Experts, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer and was involved in architectural design and proof of concept for MassDOT RMV. Saurabh also integrated Oracle Service Bus with Oracle BPM during their time there.

Saurabh's earliest roles include working at e-Data Experts, Inc - (Experian) as a Senior Software Engineer from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they designed and developed Nextgen applications using Java/J2EE and Spring framework, and they were also involved in client interaction and performance tuning. Saurabh worked at Oracle as a Solutions Associate from 2010 to 2011, where they worked on OBAs, designed and developed a Task Management and Time Entry System, and customized JD Edwards. Finally, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Yodlee Infotech Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2010, where they developed new Java agents, maintained and fixed bugs in existing agents, and created metadata for new site info requests.

Saurabh Jain obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from NIT Bhopal, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In September 2019, they also obtained a SAFe Agilist Certification from Safe Agile.
