Witold Salandyk

Witold Salandyk has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the automotive industry. Witold started their career at Centralna Stacja Ratownictwa Górniczego S.A. as a Research & Testing Specialist from May 2002 to September 2005. From there, they joined Kotani Corporation as a Quality Manager from September 2005 to June 2009. In 2009, they joined Hirschvogel Automotive Group as President, and later became President & CEO from February 2014 to June 2018. Currently, they are working at Nexteer Automotive as the EMEA & SA Operations Director, a role they started in May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at Nexteer Automotive from January 2019 to May 2020.

Witold Salandyk's education history includes obtaining an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie (The Polish Open University) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Enterprise and Company Management at Wyższa Szkoła Humanitas w Sosnowcu from 2009 to 2010. Their earliest educational achievement was a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from The Silesian University of Technology, which they earned from 1996 to 2001. In addition, Witold Salandyk has obtained a certification in Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations from LinkedIn in 2021.
