Jacob Crim

Jacob Crim is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Development at NextEra Energy, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Jacob held various roles in the US Navy for eight years, including Submarine Control Watch Officer at Allied Maritime Command, leading a multinational watch team for NATO submarine operations, and Division Officer, where recognition as Junior Officer of the Year was earned. Jacob received extensive training in nuclear power operations through the Nuclear Power Training Unit and Naval Nuclear Power School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Bayes Business School. Additionally, an internship at the Foundation for Sustainable Development involved community health initiatives in Kenya.
