Lana Graf

Lana Graf, PhD has extensive experience in the field of industrial automation, robotics, and AI software. Lana began their career in 2004 as a Manager and Corporate Clients business development at PJSC "IDGC of Centre," where they also served as a corporate clients department lawyer. In 2008, they joined an Industrial Automation, Robotics, and AI Software company, where they held various positions including Business Development Manager, Product Manager, and AI Software Engineer until 2016.

In 2016, Lana joined Playkey as a Senior Advisor in Business Development. Playkey is a technology company that specializes in cloud content streaming for heavy applications and gaming. During their tenure at Playkey, Lana focused on applications of the technology in VR, AR, 3D design, construction, and biotech.

In the same year, Lana also became a Partner at Nextera Robotics, an enterprise AI software platform that enables programming and connection of robots and machinery for industrial automation and production at scale. Lana's responsibilities at Nextera Robotics included leading Global Business Development and the Industrial Automation Vertical.

In 2018, Lana co-founded YellowRockets.vc, an early-stage VC fund focusing on breakthrough technologies created in emerging markets and operating in the US.

Currently, Lana is working at the IFC - International Finance Corporation in the Venture Capital - AI/Deep Tech role.

Lana Graf, PhD, has pursued education in various fields and prestigious institutions. Lana attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where they focused on Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and earned an MBA. Lana also opted for cross-registration at Harvard Business School, further expanding their knowledge in Finance, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. In addition, they studied International Commercial Arbitration at Stockholm University. Lastly, Lana attended Perm State University (PSU), where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree.
