Erica Wilder

Erica Wilder has held three positions in the food industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Demo Sales Representative for Ultimate Superfoods. During this time, they worked as an on-site West Coast demonstration sales representative in Southern California and Portland, Oregon, acquired and maintained knowledge of products being sampled, and networked with wellness departments to coordinate demos and discuss products to increase in-store sales. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Cocktailer/Server for Edible Beats, where they promoted the values of the company, greeted guests warmly, and increased bar revenue through the development and marketing of featured cocktails. Most recently, they have been working as the National Natural Business Manager of UNFI/Whole Foods for GoodBelly by NextFoods since 2017. In this role, they have provided high-level trade management, broker management, and P&L management for high-level clientele, managed all east coast accounts, and developed go-to-market strategies.

Erica Wilder obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC Irvine in 2010. Erica then went on to receive a Medical Anthropology Certification from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a Spiritual Psychology Certification from the University of Santa Monica. In 2015, they completed Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture Continuing Education at Portland Community College.
