Karl-William Sherlaw

Karl-William Sherlaw is a seasoned Digital Learning Manager at Nextgroup since December 2018, overseeing a team of two instructional designers and leading the digital transformation of in-person education for 1,200 learners annually. Responsibilities include developing blended learning strategies, managing project implementation, supporting trainers, supervising digital learning module design, and administering the LMS (360 Learning). Karl-William also serves as Data Protection Officer at Next Group. Previous roles include Project Manager for digital learning at Nextformation and Educational Engineer at the Centre Virchow-Villermé for Public Health Paris-Berlin, focusing on project management, e-learning expertise, content strategy, and MOOC development. Karl-William holds a Master 2 in Information and Communication Sciences from Université Rennes 2 and a Master 1 in Philosophy from Université Rennes 1.
