Bob Miskell

Bob Miskell is an experienced database and data engineer with over two decades of expertise in database administration, ETL development, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator and Senior Data Engineer at NextGear Capital since October 2015, Bob focuses on centralizing maintenance tasks for improved efficiency. Previously, Bob held roles at ITT Educational Services, Inc. as a Senior Database Administrator and Senior Business Intelligence - ETL Developer, where responsibilities included SQL Server database management and SSIS package development. Earlier positions include Business Intelligence Administrator at Simon Property Group and Systems Analyst at The HealthCare Group, along with programming roles at MYERS & STAUFFER, LC. Bob began an educational career in Japan as an Assistant English Teacher and has a BA and MA in Japanese from Indiana University Bloomington and The Ohio State University, respectively.
