Dane Lewis

Dane Lewis serves as the Northeast Regional Manager for Field Services at NextGear Capital, overseeing a team of 11 Field Service Auditors across 12 states since January 2016. In this role, Dane is responsible for hiring, training, and leading the Field Services team while facilitating ongoing development. Previous positions at NextGear Capital included Risk, Fraud & Credit Analyst I, where Dane identified accounts at risk, coached on account performance, and collaborated with Field Operations to address delinquency issues. Prior experience includes roles at Columbia Memorial Hospital, where Dane acted as a Patient Representative and a Cafeteria Aide. Dane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from SUNY New Paltz and an Associate of Arts from Columbia-Greene Community College.
