Matthew Kob is an experienced database professional with a strong background in SQL Server administration and technical consultancy. Currently serving as a Database Administrator at NextGear Capital since July 2017, Matthew has previously held senior roles at respected organizations such as Midcontinent Independent System Operator and eSecuritel. With extensive experience in managing SQL Server installations and overseeing complex database systems, including a significant role at Arthrex, Inc. where over 13 SQL servers and 100+ databases were maintained, Matthew has demonstrated proficiency in database mirroring and server clustering. Earlier career achievements include key contributions to StreamServe implementations at Coca Cola Enterprises and Merkur Group, where top revenue generation was achieved. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Hodges University.
