Tony Chavez

Tony Chavez serves as Portfolio Manager at NextGear Capital since December 2018, overseeing a portfolio of 110 dealer relationships with an available credit of $36 million, while analyzing performance metrics and client financials for risk management and growth opportunities. Prior to this role, Tony was the Senior Manager of Client Service at Manheim, where participation in an advanced leadership development program facilitated personal leadership growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Retail Manager at CarMax, leading projects to assess industry positioning, and as a Loan Officer at Golden 1 Credit Union, where leadership in a Spanish initiative program earned recognition for community service. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona.
