Adrian West

Adrian West joined NextGen Capital in 2014. Prior to NextGen, he worked in the Basic Materials & Industrials Investment Banking Group at D.A. Davidson & Co. and, prior to Davidson, Adrian worked in middle market investment banking at McGladrey Capital Markets (acquired by D.A. Davidson in 2012), where he provided both buy-side and sell-side M&A and advisory services to numerous privately held middle-market companies operating in such industry sectors as forest and building products, sustainable energy, metal fabrication, industrial and commercial services, and distribution and logistics. He has also been involved in a variety of corporate finance engagements for equity recapitalization and debt-raising projects. He began his career in 1997 at Lehman Brothers in New York. Working in the firm’s public finance group, he structured taxable and tax-exempt bond financings and derivative transactions. Mr. West received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut where he was captain of the lightweight rowing team and a master’s degree in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
