Jenny Robbins

Jenny Robbins is currently the Human Resources Manager at NextGen Federal Systems. Jenny has previous experience working as a Recruiting Manager at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC and as a Dual Career Coordinator at West Virginia University. In their current role, Jenny is responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment and hiring process for both summer associate interns and entry-level associate attorneys. Jenny also facilitates in-house training, educational, and diversity programs firm-wide. Additionally, Jenny assists with the attorney performance review process.

Jenny Robbins has a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
