Javier Favela

Javier Favela currently serves as the Vice President of Solutions Behavioral Health & Integrated Care at NextGen Healthcare, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Javier was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Topaz Information Solutions from January 2016 to October 2019, where the company focused on creating an integrated electronic health record for behavioral health and social services. Earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona from April 2005 to August 2016, managing all business and financial operations. Javier also worked as an Auditor at Cronstrom, Osuch & Co. PC, specializing in nonprofit auditing, and held the position of Accounting Assistant at Jewish Family & Children's Service from April 2001 to May 2004. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
