Kevin Costello

Kevin Costello has extensive experience in technical support and client relations, currently serving as Technical Support Manager at NextGen Healthcare since April 2010, where previous roles included Performance Team Lead, Systems Performance Analyst, and Technical Analyst. Prior to NextGen Healthcare, Kevin held the position of Director of Client Relations at AllenPort, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce and providing training and support for cloud storage solutions. Earlier in Kevin's career, experience as a Tech Services Rep II at Sprint included repairing telecommunications devices and managing inventory control. Kevin holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Bucks County Community College, in addition to multiple certifications in IT, including Comptia A+ and Comptia Net+. Kevin's educational background also includes training in photojournalism and media production from the Defense Information School.
