Lisa Stirrat

Lisa Stirrat is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in client services and customer support within the healthcare and telecommunications industries. As the Senior Director of Client Services at NextGen Healthcare since August 2021, Lisa is responsible for leading the Client Services team to enhance client satisfaction and retention through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this role, Lisa served as Director of Client Services, where the focus was on developing strategies to foster high client satisfaction and loyalty, and held earlier positions at HealthFusion and T-Mobile that emphasized building effective customer service teams and processes.
