Jennifer Cheung

Jennifer Cheung is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Performance at NextGen since June 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing staff effectiveness through development opportunities. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at the City of Canterbury Bankstown, including Manager of People Transformation, leading high-performing teams in business improvement and organizational culture. Jennifer also has a background in organizational capability and training management from roles at the Australian Property Institute, Johnson & Johnson, G&C Mutual Bank, and Griffith University. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Psychology from Griffith University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from All Australian Training, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from UNSW.
