Rusty Sullivan

Rusty Sullivan is an experienced professional with a strong background in conflict management, public safety, and real estate. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan Total Solutions, LLC since 2011, Rusty has specialized in various conflict resolution strategies and training methods. In addition, Rusty serves as a Real Estate Agent at Nextgen Realty since 2020 and has held the position of Director of the Public Safety Institute at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City since 2001. Previously, Rusty worked as a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Belton, MO, and served as a Fire Captain at Grandview Fire Department. Rusty’s military experience includes serving as a Petty Officer Second Class in the United States Navy. Rusty's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Psychology focused on Conflict Management from Baker University, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology with an emphasis in Public Safety from Ottawa University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Metropolitan Community College.
