As the Founder and CEO of NextGen SPL since October 2015 and Co-Founder of Mynd Solutions Asia PTE Ltd. since August 2012, Rajiv has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and business growth. Previously held positions include VP Sales APAC at TITAN GS, Head of Sales APAC at Patersons, and Director Sales at R Systems, showcasing a robust background in sales management. Early career positions included senior roles at Dimension BPO India, Hughes Communications India Ltd, Kale Consultants, Samtech Infotech, and DCM Data Systems. Rajiv's educational foundation was laid at the University of Mysore, complemented by studies at Birla Public School in Pilani and Delhi Public School.
