Mark Weller

As Managing Director, Mark originally trained as a property surveyor getting involved in the Cellular deployment of analogue mobile networks in 1993. Mark set up Cellular Design Services Ltd in 1995 growing the company from scratch to a turnover of £10m in 2003 operating in the UK, Holland and Belgium. Mark successfully sold CDS to Interregnum a Merchant Bank in 2002.

In 2012 Mark led the acquisition of the Rail business Alan Dick Ltd from Lloyds Development Capital having sourced the funding from Core Investments. Mark was instrumental in growing the business from a turnover of £4.4m to £22m completing a successful trade sale to Panasonic in June 2016.
