Christopher Heeger

Christopher Heeger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Christopher began their career as a Computer Scientist Apprentice at Swisscom Hospitality Services from September 2001 to August 2005. During this time, they also worked as a System Analyst in the Business Support Systems team, managing the CRM, contract management, and billing application.

In 2011, Heeger joined Logitech as a Business Analyst in the $MART team. Their responsibilities included writing business requirements, reviewing functional specifications, and performing user acceptance testing.

From 2012 to 2016, Heeger worked at Regus as a Product Design Analyst in the Product and Business Development team. Their role involved managing multiple products to increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and simplify operations. Christopher performed tasks such as defining objectives, mocking up screens, scoping business requirements, prioritizing developments, and validating user acceptance testing.

Since 2016, Heeger has been working at Nexthink. Initially, they started as a Product Owner, contributing to the development of products that enhance the end-user experience in digital workplaces. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager.
