Jon Cairns

Jon Cairns is an experienced executive with a strong background in technical services and customer experience, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Technical Services at Nexthink since May 2018. Previously, Jon held various leadership roles at McAfee, including VP Technical Services, and at VMware as Senior SE Director for Northern Europe. Jon's career also includes significant positions at Smart Technology Solutions Ltd, American Express, Peregrine Systems Ltd, and Retail Logic. Jon holds an MBA with a concentration in Strategy from London Business School, another MBA from China Europe International Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.
