Prior to that, they were a Marketing Specialist at Vodafone from October 2019 to May 2022, where they focused on delivering customer propositions and promotional campaigns for home broadband. From October 2018 to September 2019, they worked as a Business Experience Consultant at Vodafone Business. Before that, they held positions at Vodafone as a Business Analyst from April 2017 to October 2018 and as a Lead Generation specialist from September 2017 to March 2018, where they managed social selling and digital sales enablement strategies. Earlier in their career, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Experience Representative at Starbucks from February 2015 to June 2016. Joyce also worked in touristic communications at Manchester United from January 2013 to May 2014.
Joyce Kalambayi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Liverpool John Moores University, which they pursued from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Loreto sixth form College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained A-levels in Media and Business.
