Julia Dudzus began their work experience in 2007 as a Customer Care Specialist at vente-privee.com. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Researcher at Robert Walters, where they worked until 2009. Julia then joined Serendi SA as a Sourcing Recruiter and remained there until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Julia worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Givaudan. In 2015, they joined Nexthink as a Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA. Julia later became a Senior Manager, overseeing Talent Acquisition and Operations at Nexthink starting in April 2022.
