Titus Halaczek

Titus Halaczek has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the areas of data protection and corporate law. Titus is currently working at Nexthink as the Head of Legal, Privacy & Global Data Protection Officer. Prior to that, they held roles at Market Logic Software as Senior Legal Counsel & Global Data Protection Officer, and at Omniga GmbH & Co. KG as Senior Legal Counsel. Titus also worked as a Legal Counsel at Tritem Microsystems GmbH and as a Legal Assistant at Jones & Co. Titus gained research experience as a Research Assistant at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. Early in their career, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Dr. Metzner Rechtsanwälte, where they provided overall legal support for online stores with a focus on compliance with consumer protection laws and Unfair Competition Law. Throughout their career, Titus has been involved in various legal aspects such as product development, negotiation of international transactions, data privacy, B2B transactions, and legal supervision of online products.

Titus Halaczek's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Titus pursued a degree in Jurist and completed their studies in this field. Then, in 2010, they continued their education at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, focusing on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Titus obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree before moving on to OLG Nürnberg, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. At OLG Nürnberg, they pursued a Volljurist degree with a specialization in International Law and European Law.
