Gary Starzmann

Gary Starzmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards, people operations, technology, and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President at Nextiva, Starzmann also holds the position of Advisory Board Member and TR Expert in Residence at Pave. Additionally, Starzmann is Faculty Dean and Instructor at WorldatWork and the Founder and President of HumInt, LLC. Previously, Starzmann was the Vice President and Head of Total Rewards at Miro. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
